Once you have had all the time you need to explore our software, we'll set you up with a support package and a payment scheme that works for you. Our aim is always to be completely transparent, and to do what is best for YOUR business, not what is easiest for us!
How it works...
Initially, we will have a chat with you to understand your business, what your current situation is and what specific requirements you have. After this we will arrange a personal one-to-one demo with a member of our support team where we take you through the key features of our trade counter POS and Merchant software, answering any initial questions you may have. This can take from half-an-hour to an hour.
(To do this, we install our software demo using Teamviewer remote access software and then take control of your mouse and keyboard while on the phone to you. Web cameras or microphones are not required.)
We can then leave you with the software for a while to investigate further in your own time, with a follow-up call from us in a week or so. We will not bombard you with calls from sales staff only interested in their commission; we don’t work like that.
The next stage will be to install a live version and import your stock and customer data from your existing accounting software (or possibly some stock files from your suppliers). At this point, we can give you a more in-depth demo, including looking at some of the ‘back-office’ accounting functionality. Your book-keeper or accountant may want to get involved at this stage (they get a free copy of the software too).
Finally, once you are 100% happy that the system will work for you, we can arrange a ‘going live’ date, create your invoice, statement and other document layouts and make sure your stock system is complete.
We will also set up your payment scheme and support fee direct debit once you’re happy with the overall proposal.
Once you're set up, we encourage you to pick up the phone any time you need help - you get unlimited support, updates and training as part of your support package.

We've made our EPOS software as robust and reliable as possible, but let's be honest...there will always be times when you need help. And it's bound to be at the most inconvenient time! That's when you'll appreciate how good our support is.
We are a relatively small company, and as such you will have direct access to our on-site support staff and the programmers that actually write the software. We don’t have annoying phone menus or email-only support, and we don't use jargon or tech-speak. If you ring us up, someone will answer the phone (usually someone in support), and if no-one is free, someone will call you back within minutes, not hours.
Your support fee doesn’t just cover any problems you may have with the software either. Installation, training and all reasonable ongoing support queries you may have, together with continuous development to ensure that the software you use is always up-to-date, is included in the monthly support fee.

For our Irish customers, this included seeing them through the Millennium Bug, moving to the Euro (including the dreaded currency ‘triangulation’ process many of you will remember) and the complexities of Brexit.
